Holiday Casual Outfits
Mother’s Day is around the corner! Are you making plans to go out? Need something to wear? We thought we would share some casual outfits for Mother’s Day!
It’s been a while since we’ve dressed up and gone to a restaurant. We wanted to do something special and had a night out at Roy’s Hawaii Kai. They have outdoor seating, tables 6 feet away and the ambiance was wonderful! Mom had a little back dress from Zara (similar here) and Kaylin had a one-shoulder green romper from Shein. Sleeveless and comfortable for the outdoor Hawaii weather.
Looking for some accessories…..
At Chic for Cheap, we are always looking for deals. We are both in a solid color outfit so we needed to add some accessories. Both of us wore crossbody purses, Mom in black, Tory Burch (gifted so best price ever). Here is something similar in shape and color. Kaylin in cream, Coach zipper top. The best deals are at the Factory Outlets so check Coach Outlet first. We both wore our clear sandals from Shein. Comfortable and just the right height 3″ heel. Best deal and a great dupe for $695 Bergdorf Goodman Manolo Blahnik Scolto PVC Two-Strap Sandals.
Okuma’s are known to have super sensitive skin! Mom’s skin is the worse… she is allergic to hair dye, fragrance, and so many other things, so searching for products that don’t give her hives or make her skin itchy is a real touch task! Jewelry is no exception but if you have sensitive skin to costume jewelry we’ve found that Gorjana jewelry is a super good fit!! Mom is wearing a necklace and earrings from the Parker Collection. Gorjana can be worn all day long without a reaction. It’s very good quality and has lasted for years and still looks brand new.
Even if you must wear a mask, you can still look fashionable. Kaylin wore a matching sunflower mask. She always has those Slip hair ties at her disposal (or here).
Hair is casual, Kaylin has it half up and half down with soft curls. To get these curls use hot tools 1 ½ inch barrel. Her barrette comes in silver, gold, and different shapes.
