1) Take a class on a subject you’ve always been interested in, but never made the time to pursue. 2020 was a tough year with COVID, stay-at-home orders, and all the new rules. For every negative, there is always a positive and this has created a great time for online learning!
2) Try a new exercise or take a new exercise class. Ride a bike (Biki bike if you don’t own one), Yoga, Spin, Kickboxing, Pilates, Crossfit or Water Sports (surfing, paddling, etc.)
