If you’ve been trying to commit to a 1-hour workout and find that you never follow through? Maybe it’s time to take on a different approach? Maybe try 10-minute workouts? Stair climbing is an easy workout that you can do indoor or outdoor and you don’t need any equipment! We found this easy stair workout on YouTube it’s quick, cardio, and a short full-body workout. So, when we are in a pinch for time we do this free workout!
