Best Flannel Shirt in Plaid
As I was working my way through college my go-to store was SHEIN and that’s where I bought my best flannel shirt. Shein has all the latest trends at budget-friendly prices just like our philosophy “Chic for Cheap”. Now that I have graduated and in the working force, it continues to be my go-to store because I can still keep up with the trends and also put money in my bank! I wanted to share a cute fall to spring outfit. Ask anyone flannel (Rakuten was 5% at time of purchase) is a staple of mine and this flannel shirt I wear everywhere.
From chilly fall weather layering it to keep me warm. To using it as a wraparound or cover-up at the beach when the weather gets warmer. It is super soft and washes really good (no fading so far)! It is true to size; I’m wearing small and comes in various colors. During the fall season, I would pair it with some skinny straight jeans and wear a cami top or long sleeve under. If it gets colder you can add this puffer jacket.
As Spring is around the corner and the weather gets warmer, I’m wearing my flannel with a white tank top (similar) (“Express” Rakuten was 5% at time of purchase) and some fringe denim shorts. Top this look off with some white Nike shoes (Rakuten was 6% at time of purchase). Platform white tennies have been a basic in my (our) wardrobe (see here).
During this past year of COVID, because we’ve been leaning towards comfort and casual, we’ve purchased many flat-covered shoes. Here are some other options.
An outfit would not be complete without some sunglasses. My thinking is to work hard to create budget-friendly outfits so I can splurge every now and again!!! These Ray Ban’s (Rakuten has 10% at time of purchase) have been on my wishlist for a while. Since I was going to be in Hawaii for a vacation, I thought this is a great time to make the purchase!! Always sunny in Hawaii sunglasses are the best thing to protect your eyes. I have the polarized lens for extra clear vision!!
