Mini Black Dress Must-Have

I think a mini black dress is a must-have basic for everyone. It’s such a versatile piece of wardrobe, you can wear it to work and easily transition to a night out. This was from Forever 21 and was under $20 but is no longer available. I found some similar dresses here and here. I prefer sleeveless for my dresses and tops and to make it business casual appropriate I wear cardigans, jackets or kimonos. This is a great sweater/cardigan from 1.State, lightweight, 3/4 sleeve, and the fit is a very slimming look (similar here and here). Another basic item is a strappy black shiny sandal. These are comfortable with a perfect height heel so you can still walk. These sandals can be a little tricky to put on, but once on they’re easy to get around.
