How to Wear Sheer Tops
Living in Hawaii it’s summer all year round. This green sheer top is a great way to wear long sleeves and still be comfortable. The clip dot sheer gives the top shape and volume. If you’re in colder weather you can still wear this top but layer it over a skin-toned cami (Loft, or Shein and use Rakuten). This green color top would also make a very festive Christmas or St. Patrick’s top.
We like the gathered waist! If your body type is straight it cinches at the waist to create an illusion of an hourglass figure. The lightweight fabric drapes nicely to give you a slimming look.
High waist jeans are what everyone is wearing. This particular high waist has a tie so it’s more comfortable than a button digging into you.

The plastic is soft and super comfortable with a low heel for easy walking. We both have this sandal!
Shein Sheer Top
Top: $5.25 – S – Love the sheer. It’s super light weight esp since it’s warm in Hawaii.
Bottom: $8.41 – S – One of my absolute favorite jeans! Love the high waist and the tie. Feel like it hugs well and is slimming.
Here’s another sheer option but this time in white. A bishop sleeve crop top is a slightly different style but the same material. It has the same popcorn texture as the green top to give it some dimension. The gathers around the neckline and shoulders add a sweetness to the mood. The corset type bust area gives a very slimming look.
We stayed neutral/monochromatic with this outfit and paired it with beige pants. Always adding a little accessory really completes the outfit. Here we used a gold necklace but gold or silver would work nicely. You could always add a bracelet or earrings or even your apple/Fitbit watch
