Monochromatic Workout Look

Monochromatic is the easiest way to go! Even if it is just to go exercising, we can still look stylish. The black sports bra, black pants, and black shoes all one color creates a cute look. For those of you who have smaller feet purchase children’s shoes, they have similar styles at a fraction of the cost. The women’s size to child conversion is approximately 2 sizes (some places will say 1.5 size difference). For example, if you wear a size 6 in women’s you could wear a size 4 in children’s. Children’s shoe size usually goes up to 6 or 7, which means you could be women’s size 8 or 9 and still fit a children size shoe. These are children’s Nike shoes in black (similar ones here).

Koko is always by Kaylin’s side! Koko is all of 5lbs so it’s hard to find collars or harnesses that fit her properly. She is wearing a pink harness which we found here and she has an engraved name tag we found here.

Lululemon pants are on the higher end price point but they are well made and last long so the price per wear goes down (here’s the lululemon leggings). This style has pockets and was gifted so the price is even better! If Lululemon’s price is too steep, Forever 21 is a great option and you can use Rakuten for cashback. They are well made and Forever 21 stays on-trend, so you will find the same styles for more than half the cost.

Yeti water jugs have been around for a while, but they are well worth the price! We have had ours for years and they still keep liquids cold or hot for several hours. Having long hair can get in your way while exercising but find a cute way to tie it up. Two small hair ponytails at the front (to tie back the short loose hairs) and tie back the rest of your hair in a bun. We’ve been using GIMME hairbands both thick and thin.
