With the changes in all our lives due to COVID it has increased our worry about everything. From wearing masks, washing hands, social distancing and not be in large gatherings. People losing their jobs and the economy being at all time low. We are really adjusting to living life in a very different way. This new way of life has forced us to slow down, being stuck in quarantine. Lets use this time, slower pace to focus on areas we usually ignore. Here’s some suggestions to help change our worry lines to laugh lines! Start a hobby, take a walk, take some online classes, clean your house. The main idea is to keep yourself busy in different ways so we don’t focus on worrying and we laugh more!

Keeping your mind focused on positive beliefs, and staying away from negativity is the key but yet very tricky!  Whenever you’re feeling a little down remember the popular saying popularized by Disney’s favorite movie “The Lion King”,  HAKUNA MATATA! (no worries, troubles, or problems). Another quote that can help you get out of a rut is to remind yourself “Don’t worry, Be happy”.
